cue,bin files?

Is there any software that I can use for cue/bin files to see what they are, convert them, or even just to see if they are corrupt or not?

with CD mage (http://ftp.uevora.pt/pub/Mirrors/CDmage/CDmage1-02-1B5.exe) you can check whats in the image and scan/repair corrupted images

I think hes talking about the bin/cue file question. But as long as johnbob1 made these files himself hes ok. But I have been watching this post.
