nope not just yet but maybe someday (soon if I have anything to say about it)
If you're having trouble getting hold of a broadband adapter (A lot of us in the UK do! ) then try ebay.
Look to pay around £35 for one, good thing is they're universal so it doesn't matter which region it's from!

There is a way to hook your GCN up to your pc so that your PC reads it as a mini-DVD drive. But, this process is long and complex. (And you probably don't want to do it)

It is used so that you can copy games w. out having the BBA because, the PC thinks that the GCN is another drive. Sadly, I have just heard about it and don't know much on this method.

The answer to your question is no definitely not....I mean think about it, it's like asking if you can play any game online without a modem or bba :)
Also if there was another way to play gc backups would people still be using their BBAs and PSOs?

ummm.. So, you CANT connect the GC to the PC via rewiring it?
isn't it possible to burn a mini-DVD with a GC game on it and change the booktype on the media? cuz I just bought a NEC2500 DVD burner and there are several programs which supports changing the booktype from DVD+R to DVD-ROM so its readable in a standalone dvd player.
I'll post some data here when I can find some 8 cm DVDs here in holland :)
just my 2 cents.

they sell mini dvd-rs on ebay for around $3-5 each. you could burn gamecube games on to it but you cant play it until a modchip comes out.
