?? I don't really understand you, but there are two possibilities
what you could mean!!

1. you mean patch=crack! , then you want to have a englisch version of the game?? This isn't possible, because the sound files are all in german and there was just a german patch v1.2 released, so german version not= englisch version!!

2. you are trying to patch a german version of the game with an english patch??! There is no englisch patch avaible so even there were one, it wouldn't work

I think you ment the first possibility, or you didn't ask quite good ;)
