If it has copyrighted code then you cant post a link to it.

lol, the mods cant allow illegal stuff on the forums like Roms, ISO links, illegal program links, bios, etc. so they gotta delete them :)

i'm guessing you using windows xp, that happens on XP all the time when you run a dos program. in Run command, type in CMD, then run program from that.

no the executabe is written in dos format and windows XP is known to just close it within a sec. unless u run the command executable and use that to open up the file. in simple terms
1. Click the Start Menu button
2. go to Run... Command
3. type in"CMD" and hit enter, a Dos Box(Black Screen) gonna appear
4. drag ctr-gcs.exe(whatever the name of ur executable is) into the DOS Box(Black Screen) and hit enter
5. now it should be running.
btw read the instructions that come with the file, you will need to config some stuff like ur IP. It will also tell you how to use it.

do you know how to use DOS? if not make a shortcut of CMD and put it in same directory as the other files. then open up the CMD shortcut and type in "filename" "Command" an example is ctr-gcs.exe -c, that will start up the program with the command u was trying to use.
btw u could make it more compatable with windows XP if it wasnt in DOS, so just make a GUI interface using C++. Souce codes are included in the .rar file.
