X-arcade problem

Im having a very noticible delay while playing capcom vs snk 2 and some fighters .. its almost a half second from pushing the punch button to seeing the character respond and its really ****ing up my want to make a machine out of this thing .. has anyone else noticed the converters delay .. because i know its not just me. any feedback would be appreciated

I get no delay, it could be your controller (yes, it can).

Im sure it could but its not present in other games . very noticable in snk:chaos but non existent in kof 2002 . i figured cuz of the emulator hacks but it doesnt add up when playing a comercial game like cap vs snk 2 . but then again that port is total **** . that aside . the delay still stands . thanx q . anyone else??
