Clone DVD Error: WriteDVD 11 5

Sometimes I've troubles backing up my DVDs... When attempting to write the DVD, I get the Error message: WriteDVD 11 5.

I'm using a SONY DRU500A with the latest firmware upgrade.

Can anybody tell me what causes this error, and how to solve the problem.

Anyways. What program are you using? What dvd media? What are you trying to write (movie, game, data)? Are you multitasking?

Write Errors 10 5 and 11 5 are media problems. Some say that CloneDVD does not recognise the disc but the problem is incompatibility with the DVD burner. I have the DRU500A (two in fact, at work) and they don't work with a wide range of media. The FW updates do not add much to the media catalogue in the chipset. You'll just have to try different manufacturers.
