I have this "Half Life PAL CDrip"
I burn it on cd with Nero, I ran PS2 fine ( I have modchip )
just when its at the Half-Life's loading screen, the screen is flashing from down to top again and again really fast, same thing goes to after wards
I guess its that my 50 inch TV is NTSC
so whats a way to convert it? ( I didn't find a patch to convert, I only fround NTSC to PAL patch on megagames )
thanks

Thats just what happens some times with Pal to NTSC patches. Its best to just back-up your own video standard if you can.... I know some times you cant but thats what you get when you have to patch.

He means its best to just try and stay with your own video standard. In this case meaning NTSC. Stay away from PAL.

OK your really not getting this. What I mean IS, if at all possable dont use PAL games on a NTSC console if you can...EVEN if you can patch then to NTSC ....BECAUSE more often then not you will get the problem you are haveing. Almost always the screen will be a little off with PAL to NTSC patches. THATS what I ment when I said....

SO if all you can do is patch the PAL game because you cant...or most likely dont want to go get the NTSC version just be happy that the only problem is that the screen is a little off.
