anyone knows where to find this file, i've tried to find this file but i cant find it to patch KOF2000 (lifebar + menu)

Rebuild the ISO using the -sort option from MKISOFS. You must put the "big file" first, then what you want. If you´re familiar with the Echelon sb method, it´s not too hard.
