after probs with my first install v10 with dms3"black screen not playing backups high pitch noise from speakers"..ive unistalled and repositioned and installed the chip..we now have a working tested ps2 thanx for the help guys(spedmetal/seanyb):D

Good job bally!! Glad to hear everything has worker out for you. The sound you where hearing was most likely from wires from the mod running to close or over the top of IC's on the PS2 mobo. I have only had that problem once and when I moved the wires like you did it corrected it. Once again good job!

Aarrggg!!! I just put it on my web site let me know when you have saved it so I can remove it. One because I didn’t create it and can't remember the link to neoasics diagram page for you to get it from there. And also because I don’t want it eating up space on my site.
