dxd xpress platium

Anyone ever have a problem with dvd xpress on dvd platium? I burned a movie "Open Range" and it justs run through each chapter for no reason. As like I was hitting the chapter button. Never had a problem before. Also can someone post a link for instructions on dvd platium if they have one.
