ok ive just bought a dms3 for my silver ps2 after having a nightmare with messiah (worked ok for 3 days then nothing)...all i need confirming is what version do i have V9 or V10 the scph is 50003 the board is gh-026 i was told that if i have 3D on the sticker underneath the scph number then its a version 10...but i have just a circled D...is this V9 or V10

3c is know to be a v9 and 3d is a v10 i hard rumors of peps saying they had v10s saying 3C but it was here say i would just go by the 3C v9 3D v10 and how is ur dms3 holding i got a v9 with it installed and it works great :) unlike my magic V that killed the ps2

havn't installed it yet just needing confirmation that its a V10 seemingly if the board is a GH-026 then its version 10...will install over weekend:D

The 3C/3D thing I think mainly applies to the USA models. If you have seen the board number this means you can look at the bios arrangement and tell very easily

The DMS3 has been in PS2's that are dieing as well so I bought it was the Magic V

well mine died with a magic V in it so im not takeing that chance again besides that i got my dms3 for same price as the magic V :)

yeah 20$ cause its like a 55$ chip and that also coverd return shiping as well
