Hiryu released a new WIP of SNES-Station, this is what he posted in the forums:
I have just posted v0.2.3 on the downloads section on the website. This has been tested, and appears to fix all issues with swap-loading, and also fixes the issue with CDRs made with mkisofs. Enjoy.
