The link isn't broken.
It's the 1.3 +4 Trainer on top of the list.
EMPiRE has typed the wrong version !!!

so there is no v1.4 trainer? even though there is a v1.4 patch?

This is the one you want to have.
Because the trainer is for NFSU 1.30 Patch 4 !!!
It's very confusing, because with the last UpdatePatch4, EA Games didn't change the version from 1.3 to 1.4 !!!

DEViANCE trainer works with so called 1.4 version!
