Im getting a no-solder mod for my version 4 ps2 and was wondering which plays more games. Thanks for your help.

No solder mods are ghetto. Get a Duo chip for $20. Youll be able to play all games.

I realize that the solder mods are better, but I do not care. I just want to know if the gameshark or swap magic 3.0 is better.

Does the no sod v4 with the swap magic 3.0 suck because it doesnt play some games?
I looked on swapmagicfix.com and saw that the games it does not play suck anyway, and would not even get it in the first place.
Or does it suckbecause you have to boot up the game? Which takes barely anytime at all.

Yeah i love them even though i dont use them but they make me hella money ;) u best bet is to use the swap magic cause its a pain useing the game shark but then again if u have a gs2 and u could use it it will play almost ever game that the swap disk have problems with :)

Yeh i agree with evo. Get a swap magic. If you don't mind the swapping discs then you're laughing.

EVERY game out boots in conjunction with cdloader or swap magic 3 so go for it.

Heh thats why i got 2 modded units :) one for each room cause it is alot of swaping with games that needs cd loader but most games dont need it just a very few that dose

only thing i dont like about the cd loaders is one will work with one game then u will need a dif one for another game. like splinter cell and true crimes need dif loaders unless they fixed that but thats alot of loaders haveing to make. I have 5 of them right now on my pc if they could make one that dose it all correct me if im worng they my have made one alrdy. but i have not been keeping up with them latley.
