a dvd with 2 movies

If you have a dvd with two movies can you break up the movies on it to save individually on your hard drive instead of the dvd?

What do you mean exactly? Im sure you can save both movies. You can even have them seperate on your PC HDD.

ok well i have a dvd that has two movies on it i wanted to separate the movies so that i can record them on separate disk. how can that be done? I'm using cloneDVD and i can preview the separate movies but there is also other stuff that i can't preview so i dont know what exactly are in the files but i don't know how to separate the movies

Your best bet would be to use DVD2One. It has a feature that allows you to only backup one movie. You would have to do it twice just to get both movies.

Heck I think you can probably even do it with CloneDVD.
