what is this file "WARNING.DA" for ? [Archive]

many games have a ""WARNING.DA" file
but if i remove it
the game also works well without it
so, whats that file for ?

I think its a digital audio track that says WARNING THIS DISC IS FOR USE ONLY ON SEGA DREAMCAST when you play it on your stereo...
