Madden 2004!

i cannot backup my madden 2004 game. it gets to 74% and then gives an error that says reqading error. i looked on the game disk but there are a few scratches but none of them are deep or look bad!! i tried using a disk scratch remover but it did not work! any ideas?

If you are reading with a dvd-rom try using your burner instead. You might also need to clean the disc. Use some dish soap and warm water.
