Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun

I'm trying to copy this game but when i put it in my ps2, the playstation logo appear then it get stuck in a black screen forever.
I tried using alcohol 120 and nero 6, it copies successfuly but it wont work in my ps2 >:(
Unfortunatly RecordNow Max doesnt recognize my DVD-R :(

any help someone?

Maybe you just had a bad burn. Or maybe its your chip. The one you have is not exactly the better chip of these days.

I too was having a problem with RNM 4.5 . It wouldn't see my burner. Try using RocordNow DX. Its just the next upgrade to RNM 4.5 It is now made by Sonic instead of stomp. It works great for me.;)

Actually I have both programs and I was also reading up at the Sonic site. Once youve registered Sonic's RNDX you can get the new pxengine which works with more burners. And it updates both Veritas RNM and Sonics RNDX.

so you think it would be my chip...i doupt it cuz it has read everything so war...even tony hawk pro skater 5...which i heard many ppls were having problem with.

even swap magic boots riseing sun with no problems so it couldnt be a 2 toc check sounds like to me a bad burn i bought a tobisha 4x burner and bruned that game would not work in a v7 swap disk system but tryed it later in my v9 and it loaded may just be the laser mine did get to the loading screen then frozze

It could be your media. Do you have any other backups working on the same media that are
as big as Rising run (over 4.3Gig)? I have a 4040B and could not get this game to backup
on princo's. What brand are you using? try Verbatims.

The problem is either:
(A) cheap media does not burn as good in the outer edge, last 500MB or so.
(B) Burner does not burn quite as good on the edge.
(C) PS2 does not read as good on the edge (I guarantee you they don't!)
(D) All of the above. A little bit of everything leads to a big frozen load!

Yea MOHRS does weight 4.29gb that may be why it wont work...but i copied GTA3 and Tony Hawk 5 which are both bigger than 5g and they both work pretty well...cept tony hawk is getting sloppy at the end...
