hey dudes i read the thread about the diffrent color xbox logos.
that is K00L!
i checked xbins for xbtools but it wasnt ther.
i also checkd the xbmp ftp.
does any one know where i can get xbtool?
also, since i have a softmoddedxbox via the MA hack, how the hell
do i get the eject hack thing. i want to back up crap to my hardrive via the xbox but if i eject MA it resets!

oh ya and how do you edit the evox.ini to alter your xbox booting color sequence (i.e.: ROGO for red orange green orange)

You can get the latest version of XBtool at xbins. Its in the PC section under bios editors.

xbtools great to play around stuff with
id modify the fan to make my thing warmer, but i think thatd wear out the fan ofaster right?

the lights would be fun, but as some of u guys noe, ive seen those red lights a lil too much for my own good

ok dudes i have the latest xbtool( dont know how i missed it on xbins) but does it work on a softmodded xbox? i use the MA hack.
and also how do i change the color on the LED on my xbox to diffrent colors in the evox.ini?

u just needa change the led to whatever u want it to be.. in xbtool..
yea itll work with the ma hack i believe because u just needa get the phoenix bios loader to run off the new bios

oh..lol i thought u needed to do that in evox.ini....lol. any way do you no how to make it so that when i eject my cdtray the xbox doesnt reset?

ud have to get one of the newer of the x2 bios' like 4979 or 4980
some other bios' have it probably, but the x2 bios' are the best

get ready for a stupid question... how do i know what version my bios is?? i tried extracting it over ftp but couldnt find it... what would the file name be? also im assuming that i could get the latest version over at xbins? im too lazy to get on irc right now.

oh ya... and remember i use a softmodded xbox(although that might not affect the bios version)

btw, you need to use the bfm bios with a softmod.

u can check the bios versoin if u have evox
just goto settings, scroll down
and it says about the bios.. like kernel version and what not

oh thx dudes.. but ah... quall wut is a bfm bios? i got pheonix hacked bios loader with mechassault with evox and also the latest xbtool, my xbox is either 1.4or1.5..not sure. anyway could you dudes pls tell me wut a bfm bios is? thx

i don't want to come across as ungrateful :p this is a wicked tool but does anyone know if there is a program that can change the power led to blue i know the other colors and yeah they are nice and all that but i just want blue :(
is it true that i can only buy the blue LED lights?

Yes peachy you need to solder in a pair of led's to replace the green/red ones.

I recommend blue/red 3mm leds. That way you still get the red and blue flashing effect if ever something goes wrong.
