my color changes won't save??? I go to open the bio, and it shows the preset colors, I've tried different things to try to save the colors, but nothing is working. Could someone explain how to do this? I'd really like to do this!!!

Make sure you have the latest version of XBtool. It works better with other types of bios.

4980 bios. I know how to change the colors, but the "Save As" icon does not light up, you can't choose it, and I'm using the latest xbtool. It's not working!!

could someone please post on how to use xbtool to change the xbox logo? and if someone does, is their a way to use the x2 4980 bios for it? and if you can't use 4980 bios, I hope someone still explains exactly how to change the logo with whatever bios are needed. I thank you all.

You mean changing the logo, as in just the color right? Anyways, it seems that 4980 is not yet supported in xbtool. Try 4979. If that bios work, then you know that the way your doing it isn't the problem.

Yeah 4979 works. Infidelity Ive tried contacting you several times on AIM but it seems I keep missing you by like 12 minutes.

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I downloaded XBtool Color BIOS Preset thingy, I was messing around with it on my pc, I could see the color changes and all the settings for it. I opend my "4979" bios, picked the preset color, Saved As, ftp'd it, NOTHING!!!! It's still GREEN. I turn on the xbox, it's green, everything, the logo, the X. What he hell am I doing wrong?? This looks so simple to use, I must be missing a step or something. PLEASE
