Board built just want to know if i need and if so what type risistors?

LED are 5mm 12v super bright
(forward current 8.5ml
forward voltage max 14v
reverse voltage max 5v
wavelength @ peak 660nm
power dissipation PT 120mw
light output min @ 12v 100mcd
light output typ.@12v 180mcd)

or

3mm 12v super bright
(forward current 8.5ml
forward voltage max 14v
reverse voltage max 5v
wavelength @ peak 660nm
power dissipation PT 120mw
light output min @ 12v 40mcd
light output typ.@12v 100mcd)

Any help or gidance most wellcome

Thanks Suggy

U mean 12 volts grouped together, right? 100mcd isn't that bright, especially when you compare it to a 3.5 volt 4000mcd led.

Can't really help u on what resisters to buy, but uh, don't go to radio shack for the led or resisters if you don't have em yet:
http://lsdiodes.home.comcast.net/

This is what that site says though
"The standard resistor for connecting LEDs to 12V sources: 470 Ohm". Just go into the resister section.

Read the tutorial though, says you need 2x 10k resisters. Im not sure how many led's your going to hook up, but remember that the more led's you have hooked up, the the lower the resister.
