Desert storm

hey,
i am really new to this stuff
anyway,
i have a back up copy of desert storm and have loaded the patch onto it etc,
but when i try to play it comes up with a message saying,
"Failed to initialize Ivor"
wtf does that mean and how do i fix it?

have you tried run with your original CD, or installet from them?
