alcohol 120% problems pleeze help

:confused: i have purchased (alcohol 120%) but when i back up any ps2 games when it finishes (100% recorded) everything just locks up although it has finished backing up i have to 'con+alt+del' so i can close alc 120% but the b/ups are perfect, can any1 help me please,

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Why are you using Alcohol to do PS2 backups? There is no protection on PS2 backups, so any DVD burning program will do the trick... and many such as Nero or Recordnow are FAR more versatile than Alcohol, which is pretty much SOLELY intended for bypassing PC Game protection.

:( @ tyler & seanyb thanx for your reply but to no avail still locks up every thing when finished, also i had a look on 'ALCOHOL'S' forum and it seems that the trial vers works fine but when u hand over the £££'s, $$$,s or euro's all you do is buy problems there are hundreds if not thousands of peeps out there with the same probs.

@ gurm, the reason i tried alcohol in the first place is the proggie is easy to use (well the trial vers was anyways) whether on the fly or making images but maybe i was misled buy the trial vers, but once you hit that 'SUBMIT' button for payment thats it you just bought yourself a whole lotta trouble :mad:

hmmm sounds odd to me.

what i do is i would format the drive should all work nicely.

maybe try using it on another computer or look for program updates

Just use another program to burn. Read up on the Ultimate Info Sticky for other programs out there and tutorials.
