PS2v9+DMS3v9 = Problem?

I just got the PS2v9 wiht DMS3v9 from socalmod.com

Right from the start.. I can't boot PS2 game ( original) without holding the "X" key eventhough the manual states that PS2 is the defult mode if no key is pressed.

PS1 backup boot fine, I havn't try PS2 back up yet

Also how to put the thing into sleep/stealth mode?

Maybe a wire has come out.

or if your not doing the boot sequence right try looking at the dms website for support.

Why not get a hold of the place youve got your chip installed from. Maybe they can help you.

This could actually not be a problem. you may just have to re-flash the modchip via cd download from www.dms3.com/downloads . i believe the newest updat is 1.8 and the problwm could just be that it was flashed with a previous version ie.1.5 where you need to hold x to boot ps2 games. try a back-up and see how it works a report back to us!

but... doesn't the DMS3v9 come with latest flash?
Are there any way to see what version I'm running?

Anyone else who own Virtual Fighter 4 Evolution that can't save the system file? every time I try it fail did try wiht 2 diff card...one both new and one got nothing else on
