Magic V version 10

I am just getting into PS2, and would like to know if this is a good chip?
Also, are all PS2 games on dvd, because I would like to try and copy some.I use to use cdr win on ps1 ,Is this still a good program for ps2?
I know I need a burner, Pioneer, correctYour expertise is appreciated.

Ive heard good reviews on it so you should be ok.


Not all ps2 games are on dvd but nowadays like 95% are.

For the cd (blue bottom) ps2 games you can still use CDRWin.

I must recommend reading the ultimate info sticky so as to freshen up on PS2.

The magic V is a great mod chip just make sure you get the right one for your PS2 as there a 3 versions of the magic V

magic V - for V4-V7

magic V 50K - for V9

magic V 5k6 - for V10 or V9's with model# 50006 & 50007
