can u do a charge back with a debit card ? i bought a ps2 system on the 8th of dec from a guy from ebay and payed useing paypal person to person and its now the 26th the guy wont responed or no ps2 never came in the mail so i filed a complaint with pp after about 4 days they say they could not get the money back and case closed them and there sh*ty user agrments i had peps file complints on me that i had recipts to and they frozze my acc so i will try and do a charge back hopeing that they wont try to still the money from my acc aftr doing so i payed a total of 130$ on the loss here and the guy had alot of feedback as well from now on im doing all trades through ebay even when ending auction earily

thats got to be the absolute rawlest deal I have ever heard man:mad: I cant believe they do that sort of thing and get away with it. I dont think they will let you do a charge back but its worth a try. Does Ebay offer any assistance for you on this?

o i did it under ebay i ask the guy to buy it now offer and he said he would end auction and sell to me which he did but i never bidded so we just payed through paypal pep to pep but i figerd it would be safe sence paying through pp but i guess not and the gayest part is they stop the case in 4 days i had peps file complaints on me which i had recipts to and i got a frozze paypal accout i been reading alot of bad things about paypal on paypalsucks.com so i guess escrow is the only ture safe way of paying only thing not many use it :(
