Hi-
I just got a good deal on an I/O Magic DVD-R,Dvd+R burner. I was wondering if it is decent. It does both formats- and +. And music cd's as well.Thanks.

I dont see why people insist on finding other brands of dvd burners, when an AO6 or Sony is very resonably priced and both will work excellently for your games.

It is probably cheap for a good reason.

I didn't say cheap. I said I got a good deal on it. It lists for $189 and I purchased it for $99. I do not have the money to spend $159 on a pioneer at the moment(although I would love to). I was lucky at this time to be able to afford the I/O Magic. I'll see how it works and later on I will upgrade to the Pioneer.

just to say sumthing.. i really like my toshiba DVD-rw/cd-rw drive. no idea how much it costs as it came preinstalled in my pc when dvd burners were first available. it has never giving me a coaster.NEVER!
