zero hour lan help

hi guys im having a problem with zero hour i cant seem to play a lan game, ive tried all the no cd patches from mega games and they all work exept when playing a lan or multiplayer, ihave no problems playing lan or solo with with a no cd patch for c&c generals only zero hour.
by the way both versions(zero hour) are 1.0 and the filewall protection are off and both cds are original with original keys

Read the CnC:Gen readme's. Sounds like you need to foward some ports. Read up on your router (assuming you have one acting as your gateway) from it's producer.

For myself, acessing my router functions means I have to open up internet explorer and type in this web address: 192.168.1.1
And then enter a username and password - typically admin.

You should update your versions of Generals ;)
