Deus Ex 2 Movie Lag

I went and backed up my deus ex and when the intro starts the movie stops and starts, eg) when your CPU reaches 100%, it jitters is there a way to stop this from happening, this is the only backup is doing this the rest are fine.

What should i do

If it is the original disk, then there is nothing you can do. If it is a backup, you can try using different media, or a dvd-rw. Alternatively, play the game off the HDD.

Do you think it could be the burning speed thats causeing this. As i be using the same media all the time, i'll try a DVD-RW
