Please help me to rip my DVD movie

Ive got some questions about ripping DVDs

1)How do i rip my DVD which is 7.55 gb big making it smaller that it fits onto a normal dvd

2)Is it possible to cut of the audio files i dont need?For example the addiotional Language files or the video files like Making of?

Please tell me what kind of software i need tomanage it!

CloneDVD (from Elby) and AnyDVD (from Slysoft) together is all you need.

CloneDVD will cut away the menus, unnecessary languages and trailers etc. leaving only the movie with your preferred language.

AnyDVD is needed to trick CloneDVD as it does not copy CSS protected DVDs.
