One of the instructions is:

Replace the original <GameDir>\CHASER.EXE executable with the one from the File Archive.


Where can I find this File Archive?

inside the rar file you presumably downloaded along with those instructions?

That's the thing ...I can't find the RAR only the instructions on how to use it.
