XIII Game patch's

I'm trying to download all the games fix's XIII for the game .
None of the links work for me except link 1 and the top speed i get is 984.kb.anyone know of any othere site i can get them from.

I had trouble d-loading them also but keep trying, you will get them sooner or later like I did. GCW is the only place I know of that has them posted and they do work so its worth the effort.
