Go to GameCopyWorld and search for Total Club Manager 2004.
It's the same game!!!

The game title isn't listed in the game index. Seems EMPiRE is a busy man.
There are only english cracks for TCM2004. I tested V1.1 with my german Fussball Manager 2004 and it works fine. Don't forget to Update the game to V1.1 before using the crack!
