I got a game that is a pal video mode so that make the tv scren spin around all the time

I would like to know if there a way to convert a pal video game to a ntsc video game.

i try some patch tools that supose to convert pal to ntsc but it dosn t work the tv screen still spinning

( i know theres a way to do it cause a got a game that ask me in the start if i want ntsc or pall if i choose pal the tv screen spin and if i choose ntsc the tv screen is ok )

I think the anwser is to get a mod chip. As it allows you to play imported games........

Yep.. install a mod chip. this will sort out all your problems.

You are only partly right in this statement. Yes a mod chip will let you play imports from all over, however if it’s from a different video signal region hence PAL/NTSC a chip does nothing to correct the signal. This is not always a problem when going from NTSC to PAL as from what I understand allot of the PAL TV's can understand a NTSC signal but when going from a PAL to NTSC signal here in the states and Canada the TV's most often wont understand a PAL signal. This is why he is trying to patch the PAL game to work on a NTSC machine. If you cant find a patch there are the patch tools to convert it yourself. But as you have stated you have tried these. If that doesn’t work there are always the hardware converters that can correct the signals however they are kind of pricey.
