Manhunt Ingame-Voice?

I am playing the original Manhunt NTSC DVD on a PAL PS2 with a modchip. I have played for 1-2 hours now and now I realized that the hunters do not say anything. In a movie I saw that they are saying a lot of stuff. I have only voice in the cutscenes.

Now I wonder if this is a general problem? ...or do they talk later?

They talk all the time... Stuff like "Where did he go?", "I'll kill your ****ing ass" etc .... ;)
