conquest frontier wars no-cd patch

i cant get the file to download...i moved from new jersey and my friend has my main cd and wont give it back...i made a back up of the cd incase this happened..the back up can install the game but it wont work as a play cd and i really would like to play it...if any one has the Conquest Frontier Wars no-cd patch file that they could share please answer this...i will really be happy if someone can help me out.

You'll have to beat your friend with a cluestick or get another cd (it's out on budget in some places), we can't help you if you don't have the original cd.
