Could you please help me? I have a ps2 with usb-mod, a dvd writer (LG), dvd - R and alcohol 120%. I wanted to make a backup of the new game Mission impossible. But when i make the backup with alcohol, and i replace the action replay 2 disc with my backup, my ps2 doesn´t recognice my dvd. Is there something i must know using alcohol 120%??? I just made a normal copy. Or could it be, that i can´t use my usb mod for new games?? But it still works nice with any ripped game on a normal CDR. What could it be i make wrong, doing a DVD backup?? It would be very nice, if here is anyone, who could help me.... please....

never used 120 myself but many rate it well,so i doubt this is your problem

usb mod , most likely the cause of your problems

try the backup in a ps2 with a decent mod in it ;) someone u know hopefully has 1

The USB mod was one of the first chips for the ps2. They were only able to play cdr backups. They were never able to play dvdr backups.
