Tombraider 3 on ps2

Okay. I ask this every so often in the hope that new blood can give me sum kind of answer.

I have tombraider 3 original. This works fine on ps2. I back it up an the backup works fine on my modded ps1 but put it in the ps2 an it won't even look at it. Bombs out after the logo screen. Anyone any ideas.

I know the game works on ps2.

I know the backup is fine as it boots on ps1.

This is UK PAL Version.

I only have the NTSC version but I think it works. Would you like me to try anyways Otto?

Tomb raider 3 .... thats the one called "last revelations" right?

If so I have the NTSC version and it plays just fine on my console.

Problem solved.

For sum reason this now works on my version 9 with messiah 2 1.33b.

Have had version 4 with m1, version 5 with m1 and m2, version 7 with M2 1.31 and has not worked on any. Now on the 1.33b for sum reason back up boots fine. Must be a Messiah boot issue?? :confused:
