Alcohol dosen't burn, your CD-burner dose :p.
If you CD-Burner support SafeDisc 2 then you might could burn SafeDisc 3. Other wice you see warnings in Alcohol.

My LiteON 32123S can handle SafeDisc3.
(Tested with LotR - Return Of The King).
