NFS Underground Trainer\Cheat

I just finished NFS Underground and it said everythin is now unlocked.
But it didnt actually unlock everthin. Does anybody now if theres a cheat or a trainer that unlocks all of samanthas custom vinyls and the other wide body kit. Cos theres about 10 of samanthas vinyls but u only get to pick 1 and theres 2 wide body kits but u only get 1. I checked all of the cheats and trainers on GCW but they dont have a cheat or a trainer to unlock them.
Im kinda annoyed cos i finished the game but didnt get absolutely everthin

Grab the All Access Cheat from GCW HERE (http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/dl.cgi?pzdnfsuc!rar). I think it does what you want.

That one is supposed to be a savegame file but the rar file only has an nfo in it. Download it and have a look. Youse might aswell take it off GCW

U were right bounty i updated to WinAce 2.5 and they showed up but that save game is just like mine only 1 samantha custom and 1 wide body kit. And none of those cheats do what i want. Oh well musnt be able to get everythin so everybodys game is a bit indvidualy different so heaps of people dont have the same paintjob in online play. Thanks anyway
