It's a NO-CD PATCH, not a CDKEY PATCH... YOU STILL NEED A VALID CDKEY TO PLAY.

I did but I have two comps with access to the internet and CANT play ONLINE while both are using the same key. Not to mention direct connect\LAN or whatever.
Ohh and there's a crack already been released for the first Generals which bypasses the key thing, so what's your deal guys?
It's on GCW and it works perfectly, tried it myself.

I've installed the VB Runtime files you provided, then installed Generals (basic w/o cracks or patches), then tried to install Zero Hour. When it starts copying files, I get this hour now:
Error -1610: The configuration data for this product is corrupt.
Since I didn't before the VB Runtime thing, I wonder if some registry info got corrupted? Anyone have any ideas?

Nope.. the Visual Basic thing has nothing to do with that... Try using the uninstall NO-CD function and reinstalling Zero Hour

Tried the uninstall from the crack interface, but still gives the same error... i can't for the life of me find any related registry keys either! Does anyone know what keys Generals & Zero Hour installs?

It's not with the registery... After trying servral things, it seems that your installation config files are messed up... So you basicly need to get a new cd, since one of your CDs dosen't work.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD would you once try to coperhand my writings?!
I HAVE bought C&C Generals and it's contiuance. I am a LEGAL owner of a original CDKEY for both games. Yet, I have a network set in my house and I can NOT play in MultiPlayer mode since the KEY that I have obviously matches in ALL computers.
If that's not clear enough for you I know a faw more languages you might understand

Figured it out, and it *was* a registry problem after-all...
I simply did a search for 'zero hour' and deleted everything in the registry that came up, rebooted, and voila! It installed. Thanks everyone for trying to help.

You can optain multiple CDKeys by emailing EA and explaining your situation... You'll need to have a proof of purchase.

Has EA really given extra keys or is this a rumor?

They gave me 2 extra keys for my LAN. But I had to give them a photo of my box + my jewel case showing the old CDKEY + the manual
