modchips removes region checks, you can play any region on a modded xbox. Just make sure your TV supports pal/ntsc, or whichever region you wanted to play. If your tc does not, you will need to change he video mode via a enigmahs video mode selector.

Only way to play different regions on an unmodded box would be with a softmod, that can cost as much as a modchip to do.
