other console port to psx

I downloaded cd called 101 sega games for psx and nes games on psx or something like that. They play on psx. Inside those cd's they has a emlator that run sega game. If sega and nes emulators can played on psx is there any emulator or any other way to play games like GBA, NEOGEO in psx.
