Harry potter and the chamber of secrets

Can anyone help ?
I have tried to make a back up copy of Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets about 3 times now and none of them will work. When i put it into my playstation 2 it loads so far and then stops. Anyone know what the problem is or can anyone help.

Need more info. What version ps2? What mod? What media? What prog did you burn with and how?

I dont know what mod chip is in it ..i bought it second hand already chipped, used datasafe media, i tried clone cd twice to burn it, wrote to image first, and i tried alcohol 120% model no of ps2 is 30003, i do need to use dvd region x before i can play a copy though if thats any help.

i think you may have a non solder mod chip. you may need to get an ea games patch which you can download anywhere like kazaa (i know its illegal) or maybe www.alucard.cc they may have one, i donno have a look around i would advise you getting a swap magic 2 for booting your games. Do you have to swap the disk over? here the website www.consoleplus.co.uk to get the swap magic

Thanks m8. Yes i do have to swap the disks over to be able to play my (backups) :) which is a lot of hassle, i have not long since had my PS2 so still don't really know a lot about all the different mod chips etc but will certainly look into them now. Thanks for the links unfortunately i was unable to find a protection patch for Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets but will keep searching the net.
