reformat utilty?

is there a utility for the xbox that can REformat partitions?

I used linux once, but i couldn't go on the net. so I am trying out another distro, but I can't reformat the f partition. thanks

Slayers auto install reformats. It's about 100mb. Aso, can choose to just format F or G
