I will try patching but i cant understand why my brothers xbox would register that ther was a game in the drive but would not play.

thats because evox will still recognise it as a game but the default.xbe needs to be patched in order to run it.

either use a app called isocraxtion to manually patch the default.xbe file or upgrade the bios to x2.4977 or above.
