You could have at least looked on GCW before posting. The crack can be found HERE (http://www.wiretarget.com/games/pc_championship_manager_4.shtml)

The 4.08 crack is labeled as a fixed exe, so it may still need a backup cd in the drive. Anyone checked if it's a nocd ?
