how do u burn ps 2 games

i downloaded pro evolution soccer 3 on the PS 2 which was a DVD rip now the files in the folder are ifc-ps 3e.001

how do u burn this files??? there is like loads of em

which software do i need 2 use 2 burn this sort of files ??

please let me know soon as possible
