Here it is. I just noticed that it came out the other day and its not some 31mb patch either. Ive personally tested it and it does work. I only noticed a rare few japanese text. The rest were all easy to read english.

And for you other people who are gonna ask for english patches for every other jap game out there. There arnt any. Only Winning Eleven patches have been made.

Dunno and really dont care.

I know there is another one that is 31 freakin megabytes and this one is only 1.5 or so.

But think about it dude, if I knew about a 100% patch dont you think I woulda posted that instead?????
