View Full Version : a NO-CD Republic: The Revolution crack?
Is there a crack in process for this game from anywhere, i cant seem to find one.
it was securom protected and doesnt need a cdrom oncd installed as far as i remember, and yep the crack exists
GCW's had the crack since Wednesday, wait for it to update..
BTW This is one great game. Its certainly not what was promised but its a certainly good time killer. Its ashame I cant play it for more then 15-20 minutes without it crashing...
Edit: GCW Already hosts the crack. Its been mislabelled as Fixed-Exe. I can tell you it definately is a NoCD Crack.
well strictly speaking its a fixed exe, cos the securom was removed, the game itself had no cdchecks.. all the nastiness was from securom ;)
same here - after 30 minutes crash back to desktop...:(
My crashes were of the more severe kind (complete system crash and reboot). Anyways after much trial and error I fixed my problem by turning off the shadow, light and reflection effects in the games options. I managed to play the game for a good 5+ hours today with no crashes whatsoever :)
Try doing the same, it might fix those problems that you are having...
The more I play this game, the more I love it... :D

Ehm....sorry for be misslade.....have any one test original file and see if the problem is the same there?
If it is....isn't that a Game Related problem....that's are offical and not a crack problem...:o
Ya, the game is nice, but it doesnt run well without the top of the line hardware and such. Thanks for the feedback...
Ummh... I have a P4 2,5GHz, 1GB DDR RAM, ATI Radeon 9700 - if that is not good enough for this game, I dont need such kind of game. Any 3D-Shooter runs better, faster and smoother with all details on max than this one, and this one isn't an action shooter.
But I will give it a try to switch off the effects mentioned by Bounty - although I don't like the idea very much with my hardware, so far I couldn't find a game that run into performancelike problems like republic.

Almost positive that would take more then the required load.
